RSQUADZ LLP takes a documented, evidence-based approach to compliance. We describe applicability and coordinate the right partners rather than claiming accreditations we do not hold.

Regulatory & compliance applicability review

For each engagement we review which certifications, test reports, and regulatory requirements apply to the specific product and destination — for example MSDS, UN38.3, or BIS where relevant. This is an applicability review, not a formal accreditation issued by us.

Supplier verification

Suppliers are reviewed across company identity, manufacturing capability, product capability, commercial terms, compliance applicability, and risk, closing with a recommendation of Approved, Approved with Conditions, or Not Recommended.

Customs coordination

Customs clearance is coordinated through verified CHA (Customs House Agent) partners. RSQUADZ coordinates classification and documentation; the licensed CHA performs clearance.

Data and confidentiality

Technical documents you share (BOMs, drawings, datasheets) are used only to fulfil your enquiry and are handled per our Privacy Policy.

What we do not claim

We do not claim formal government or agency accreditation unless explicitly documented.
We do not guarantee third-party charges we do not control; these are shown transparently as incurred.
We do not operate physical offices in foreign hubs; we maintain a supplier network across them.
