These terms describe how RSQUADZ LLP provides its services. Specific commercial terms for any engagement are set out in the quotation and order confirmation for that engagement, which take precedence over this page where they differ.
Our role
RSQUADZ acts as an outsourced procurement desk. We identify and verify suppliers, evaluate commercial and technical fit, coordinate international procurement, and manage delivery. We are not a marketplace and not the manufacturer of the goods.
Verification
"Verified" means a supplier has passed our documented review across company identity, manufacturing capability, product capability, commercial terms, compliance applicability, and risk. Verification reflects the information available at the time of review and is not a guarantee of future performance.
Customs and logistics
Customs clearance is coordinated through verified CHA (Customs House Agent) partners. Freight, duties, statutory charges, and third-party costs are billed as incurred and shown as separate line items.
Fees and quotations
- Quotations are itemized: product cost, freight, duties, statutory charges, third-party expenses, and our clearly identified professional/service fee.
- Our professional fee is charged separately from product and third-party costs.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to supplier confirmation and exchange-rate movement.
Buyer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate specifications and for confirming that the goods you request are lawful to import into the destination country.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited as set out in the applicable order confirmation and to the extent permitted by law. [Insert liability cap and governing-law clause after legal review.]
